2011 Annual General MeetingSaturday 26th Febraury Thanks to all those who came down for the AGM on Saturday morning and enjoyed the bbq, sunshine and the odd wave here and there. The surf wasnt all time, but the groms and man-groms all managed to sneak into a few sets. Shanny was even on hand to lend a few drop-ins! Contest Director must be contacted the day before the proposed competition to be considered.No guarantee of such allowances can be made.Decisions will be based on order of events.No late entries on day of comp. 7:30 is the cut off for morning registration.DIVISIONS: Age of Grand Master division r a i s e d to 50 YRS.JUDGING:Discussion focused on the following point, inconsistency.Only one Junior member should be judging at any time. Members should consider completing a Judging courseAll members need to take responsibility for Judging quality
